StarsPay provides a platform for purchasing Telegram Stars. We facilitate transactions between users and payment processors to deliver Telegram Stars to your account.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate Telegram username information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to defraud or abuse the service
• Ensure you have the right to use the payment method provided

4. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Upon successful payment confirmation, Telegram Stars will be delivered to your account. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Telegram Stars, all sales are final. Refunds may only be issued in cases where:

• Payment was charged but stars were not delivered
• Technical errors resulted in incorrect charges
• Duplicate transactions occurred
